Testosterone Cypionate is an esterified, long-acting form of the endogenous androgen testosterone. Formulated in grapeseed oil for intramuscular (IM) administration, it is designed to provide a sustained release of testosterone into the bloodstream, helping to restore physiologic androgen levels in adult males with confirmed hypogonadism.

• Strengths: 20 mg/mL, 50 mg/mL, 100 mg/mL, and 200 mg/mL.

• Vial Sizes: 1 mL, 2.5 mL, 5 mL, 10 mL, and 30 mL multi-dose vials.

• Carrier Oil: Typically compounded in grapeseed oil, which is chosen for its low viscosity and minimal allergenic potential.

Clinical Indications & Benefits

Prescribed for adult males with symptoms of low testosterone and morning serum levels below the young-adult reference range:

• Physical Improvements: May increase lean body mass, improve bone mineralization, and support protein synthesis.
